Even though I'm an easily-intimidated first time homebuyer who went back and forth on what I wanted and where I wanted it, she was so patient and helpful in talking through the good and bad points of all the places we looked at. I never felt any pressure to make an offer if I didn't want to, and when I did make an offer (and there were multiples before I was successful!), she was honest with my chances and forthcoming with advice on the best way to make a strong offer both financially and regarding contingencies. She also had great recommendations for everything I needed throughout the closing process.
